Freight Charge
*For goods under 15kg, the volume should not exceed 36x29x25cm cartons; if under 30kg, the volume should not exceed 2 36x29x25cm cartons; if it exceeds the relevant volume or size, additional freight will be charged
Online shopping instructions
1) Due to the different promotion offers and purchase terms between the website and the store, all online products cannot use the company's VIP offers, nor can they be used as VIP applications.
2) Except for special items or items specially requested by customers, all items have at least 1 month expiry date (from the date of receipt)
3) Frozen items cannot be delivered together with room temperature or frozen items. If there are two items in the order at the same time, an additional shipping fee will be charged
4) Online purchases can only provide delivery service, and can not be arranged to pick up at the store
5) All online product prices are in Hong Kong dollars, product prices may change without prior notice

Delivery Instructions
1) The scope of delivery does not include: government agencies, hospitals, funeral homes, convention and exhibition, airports, container terminals, logistics centers, hotels, New Territories village houses and tenement buildings
2) Generally, the delivery will be made within 3 days after the payment is confirmed. You will receive an appointment notice in advance on the delivery day, and the delivery time will be 10:00am~7:00pm on the same day
3) All frozen products must be stored in the refrigerator immediately after receipt, otherwise the company will not be held responsible
4) If there is traffic jam or bad weather during delivery, the delivery time may be extended or even postponed
5) It is not recommended to arrange delivery for goods with a short shelf life, perishable, fragile, too long or too large. You are welcome to buy at the store. Arrangements for delivery are at the guest's risk or may be subject to additional shipping charges
Return instructions
1) All specials and frozen items are non-refundable
2) If the product needs to be returned or exchanged, all packaging, accessories and instructions (if any) must be retained, and the order receipt must be brought to Yau Ma Tei or Wan Chai store for processing within 7 days from the date of receipt.
