No cooking is required. Just add 1L of water and 100g of solid vegetable oil and mix well. 1 pack can make about 70 50g ice  mooncakes.  It is very easy to handle and the finished product is clean & clear. The color is snow white. A pack of powder can make 2.1kg ice mooncake crust.  More cost-effective than other similar product.
