Mix 15g (1 scoop) of konjac powder with # unsweetened tea powder, add to 300ml (about 1-1/2 bowls of hot water (above 90 degree), stir and mix well until completely dissolved. Feel free to add in fruits or sugar, pour into small containers. Let them cool down and solidify. The taste is especially good after refrigerating. Store in the refrigerator with lids (to avoid bad odors) for up to 7 days. The amount of water can be increased or decreased by 50ml to adjust the hardness.
