Taiwan Aiyu Jelly Powder is easy to use, suitable for vegetarians.

1. Mix whole pack of Aiyu jelly powder (100g) with 100g sugar, then put into 1100mL boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. 2. Add 25ml lemon juice and mix well.

3. Pour into a mold, let it cool down, freeze for 2-3 hours.

4. Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
