Taiwan Grass Jelly Powder is easy to use, suitable for vegetarians.
 
 1. Add 1 packet of grass jelly powder (100g) and 50g sugar in 1200ml boiling water.  Stir until completely dissolved. 
 
 2. Pour into a mold and let it cool down. Serve it cold after refrigerating.
 
Hot grass jelly :
