Mix the whole bag of Algae Jelly Powder with 2 kgs sugar.  Stir and dissolve it into 18L of hot water, tea or coffee (above 90 degrees).  Feel free to add in fruits or flavoring. Pour into small containers and let them cool down to solidify.  The taste will be much better after refrigerating.  Please keep in fridge with lids (to avoid bad odors) for up to 7 days.   Water can be increased or decreased by 2L to adjust the hardness.
