Add 1 pack (13g) of crystal jelly powder into 250ml of hot water, tea or coffee (above 90 degrees) and stir until completely dissolved. , Feel free to add in fruits or sugar,  pour into small containers. Let them cool dwon and solidify. The taste is especially good after refrigerating. Store in the refrigerator with lids (to avoid bad odors) for up to 7 days. The amount of water can be increased / decreased by 50mL to adjust the hardness.
