Chewy and bouncy texture, with herbal aroma, suitable for vegetarians.
 

 
 1. Add 1 packet of grass jelly powder (100g) and 50g sugar in 1200ml boiling water.  Stir until completely dissolved. 
 
 2. Pour into a mold. Serve it cold after refrigerating for 8-12 hours.
 
 3. Sweetness can be adjusted.  Serve chilled for best texture.
