Cancellation Policy

Typhoon Arrangements 1) If Signal No. 8 is hoisted within 2 hours before class starts, or if the Observatory forecasts that Signal No. 8 may be hoisted within 2 hours, the class will be cancelled. 2) Classes scheduled to start 2 hours after Signal No. 8 is lowered will proceed as usual. 3) If Signal No. 8 is hoisted during a class, the ongoing class will be completed within 30 minutes. No make‑up class will be arranged. Example: If Signal No. 8 is lowered before 5:00 pm, a class starting at 7:00 pm will proceed as usual. Black Rainstorm Arrangements 1) If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within 2 hours before class starts, the class will be cancelled. 2) If a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during a class, the ongoing class will continue as usual. 3) Classes scheduled to start 2 hours after the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled will proceed as usual. Example: If the Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled before 5:00 pm, a class starting at 7:00 pm will proceed as usual. Other Weather Signals 1) Classes will proceed as usual under Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning. Class Transfer Policy After enrollment confirmation, each student may apply for one free class transfer. Transfer requests must be made at least 4 days before the class start date, with the original receipt presented in person at the store. Late requests will not be accepted. Example: For a class starting on March 20, the transfer request deadline is March 16. For additional transfers or transfers requested within 4 days before the class start date, a fee of HK$60 per transfer will be charged. Transfers on the day of class are not accepted. Special Notes 1) For classes cancelled due to typhoon or Black Rainstorm Warning, the paid tuition can be applied to other courses. No refunds will be provided. 2) If a student cannot attend, another person may attend in their place.
