    • Before using it for the first time, wash it with hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly.
    • Season the pan with a thin layer of oil before baking.
    • Do not cook directly over the flame and do not heat it while empty.
    • Wash it with hot water, mild dish soap and sponge after use. Dry thoroughly before storing.
    • Never use abrasive tools such as metal scrubber, scouring pads or metal utensils which may damage the surface of the pan.
    • Do not put it in the dishwasher.
