Pour 1200ml water/hot water into a pot. Add in 8g of agar-agar powder and stir to dissolve. Add in 120g sugar and stir to dissolve. Heat and bring to a boil, stirring while

cooking. Turn off the stove after 5 minutes. Pour into a containers and let them cool down to solidify. Refrigerate for 4 hours for better taste.
