Homemade Taiwanese Jelly. To make a vegan dessert, just add hot water!
Put 700mL (about 3 bowls) of hot water (above 90 degrees) into a large container. Add the whole box of jelly powder and stir until completely dissolved. Pour into small containers and let them cool down and solidify. The taste is especially good after refrigerating. Store in the refrigerator with lids (to avoid bad odors) for up to 7 days. The amount of water can be increased / decreased by 66mL to adjust the hardness.
