Usage: (Prepare one day in advance)
Ingredients:
- 15g sourdough yeast
- 75ml warm water at 40°C
- 75 g T65 flour
Method:
- Mix 15g sourdough yeast with 75 ml warm water (40°C) in a bowl. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 75g T65 flour and mix until no dry flour remains.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 10–12 hours (depending on temperature and humidity).
- Once fermentation is complete, the starter is ready to use.
After fermentation, the starter will be about 1.2 times its original size. From 15g of sourdough yeast, you will obtain approximately 150g of starter.
