Mix whole pack of konjac powder with 3kg sugar, add to 21.5L hot water (above 90degrees) and stir until completely dissolved. Bring to a boil if necessary. Feel free to add in fruits or flavouring. Pour into small containers and let them cool down and solidify. The taste is especially good after refrigerating. Store in the refrigerator with lids (to avoid bad odors) for up to 7 days. The amount of water can be increased /decreased by 2 liters to adjust the hardness.
