Add 15g (1 tbsp) of jelly powder to 250ml (about 1 cup) of hot water, tea or coffee and stir until completely dissolved.  Feel free to add in fruits or sugar, pour into small containers. Let them cool down and solidify. The taste is especially good after refrigerating. Store in the refrigerator with lid (to avoid bad odors) for up to 7 days. The amount of water can be increased / decreased by 50mL to adjust the hardness.
